2019 point guard prospect Antavion Collum recently transferred to Tennessee Prep from Memphis East (TN). Memphis East, coached by NBA legend Penny Hardaway, is one of the top programs in the country and features multiple future Division 1 players, including top junior big man James Wiseman.
Collum is currently ranked as a three-star prospect according to 247sports.com, but has proven to play way above his ranking since stepping into a prominent role at Tennessee Prep. Georgetown and Western Kentucky have offered in recent weeks, but Florida, Iowa State, Kansas State, Bradley, Memphis, and Middle Tennessee State join a host of other schools recruiting the talented guard.
Whistle 2 Whistle caught up with Antavion Collum at Mustang Madness in Paducah, Kentucky, and the 6’8″ point guard discussed his decision to transfer, as well as where he stands in the recruiting process.
